Welcome to Dish Odyssey! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dish Odyssey mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Dish Odyssey ("we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dish Odyssey, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dish Odyssey. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Your Account

To use certain features of Dish Odyssey, you must create an account. You agree to:

Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Is defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material (unless authorized)
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Is intentionally misleading or contains false information

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

Content Moderation

We use automated tools and human review to moderate content. We may remove content or suspend accounts without prior notice if we believe there is a violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Premium Features

Dish Odyssey may offer premium subscription features. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Dish Odyssey and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Dish Odyssey may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Recipe information, including nutritional estimates, is provided for informational purposes only. Always use your own judgment when cooking and consult appropriate professionals for dietary or health advice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISH ODYSSEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dish Odyssey and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination
